Environmental ConservationJob Certificate Program Detail Page

Environmental Conservation is an interdisciplinary program that advances the understanding of ecological systems and their interrelationships, including those with human society. An associate degree and multiple certificates are available so students are able to focus their training in conservation, sustainability, restoration, plant and animal ecology or management while receiving unique hands-on and real-world experience. Students are prepared for a variety of careers in entry-level employment in industries and businesses that require knowledge and skills in environmental conservation including private firms, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies at the local, state and federal levels.
