Surveying (Geomatics)Job Certificate Program Detail Page

The Surveying program offers both a degree and a certificate and prepares students for employment in field practice as a surveying assistant or in office jobs doing survey computations, drawing maps of property lines, topographic maps and profiles of construction sites, and compute acreage. The program prepares students for the state licensing examinations conducted by the Board of Registration for Professional Engineers. Employers are private survey and engineering firms and government agencies.
