ManagementJob Certificate Program Detail Page

The broad-based management program prepares students for positions of management responsibility in their respective industry. The program offers introductory courses, as well as more specialized ones ranging from standard corporate organization, small business management, to retail management. Students will acquire knowledge and skills in management communication, human resources, organizational behavior, diversity management and business computer applications, and purchasing. The program is designed to prepare students for entry into a company management training program or upgrades the skills of those already working in industry, allowing them to advance to supervisory positions. Those planning careers in personnel services or analyst positions in state or federal government service should also consider completing the degree or certificates offered.
