Description
There are both associate degree programs in Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management and several certificates that focus on basic and advanced culinary techniques, baking, and cooking and supervision, among other specialist areas. Students receive instruction on state-of-the-art technology in a commercial kitchen facility and are provided with hands-on experience in all aspects of commercial culinary services in a college campus restaurant/cafeteria and catering activities.
